Citrus-Cilantro Wet Spice Rub

• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 orange
• 1 1/2 teaspoons juice from 1 lime
• 1 1/2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 small garlic clove, minced very fine
• 1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro leaves

For extra spiciness, add up to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper.

Combine all ingredients in small bowl and use immediately
